Jennifer Russell & Dwight Warak, Jr. are organizing a memorial donation to the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo in Dea's name. There are two types of permanent memorials commonly offered:

1. A memorial tree, with accompanying brass plaque, will be planted and maintained on the zoo grounds. This is available for a $1,000 donation.
2. A bench with a brass plaque will be placed and maintained on the zoo grounds. This is available for a $2,000 donation.

The donated funds will be used by the foundation to support zoo exhibits and programs. Upon receipt of donations, the Foundation will reply with a thank you note, and will also send a letter to Dea’s immediate family to tell them about the memorial.

Anyone who is interested can either send a donation directly to the Zoo Foundation. To send a donation directly (checks only please, no cash!), please include a note stating that your donation is on behalf of Dea H. Engle, and mail to:

Donations can also be dropped of with Dwight Warak Jr. at the Data Center (removed).

All donations that we received at the service will also be going to the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo.
