around 10:30pm last night, my dad started to get a fever. it got up to 104 degrees before coming back down around 4:00am. as a result, he will be getting an additional antibiotic and another chest x-ray. he still isn't keeping down any food. at this point, it looks like it will be awhile before he gets to go home.

hopefully tonite he will be able to rest better. he has been pretty much fever free all day.
